Common questions

There's no sound.: On the home page, check that Voice and Sound effects are on. Check the device volume, and that no headphones or Bluetooth speakers are connected. The voice plays even when the silent switch is on.
How do I add or remove a player?: On the welcome page, tap Add player. To remove one, press and hold Grown-Up Mode on the home page.
What is Grown-Up Mode?: A settings area for parents and teachers: players, spelling options, your own spelling words and the music level. Press and hold the button for a second to open it.
Is any of my child's information collected?: No. Everything stays on the device. See the Privacy Policy.
Does it need the internet?: No. Once installed, everything works offline.
